Terri C. Sabella, RN JD
Terri Sabella is a second career attorney who decided to pursue a law degree after working for years as a trauma nurse in one of the leading trauma facilities in the United States. Upon entering law school, Terri knew that her focus would remain on serving the healthcare industry. She served as a research assistant to the ranking health law expert at her law school, became President of the law school’s health law association, and continued working as a nurse in the emergency room at Parkland Hospital while attending school.
Upon graduation, Terri found her professional home at Rogaliner Law Offices, P.C., which would allow her to concentrate her legal services on hospital operations. She is experienced in the areas of contract negotiation, licensure, peer review representation, Board representation, Stark compliance, HIPAA, and EMTALA.
Terri’s clients consistently remark at how much they enjoy working with an attorney who not only understands the complex regulatory issues facing healthcare providers today, but who also has an in-depth understanding of the clinical and operational issues surrounding the legal questions before them.
