Rogaliner Law Offices, P.C., is a health law boutique firm located in Dallas, Texas. The firm officially opened doors on January 1, 2004, dedicated to the mission of providing quality legal services to health care providers, promptly and efficiently. The firm’s founder, Wendi Rogaliner, had previously served as a senior in-house lawyer for one of the largest for-profit hospital companies in the United States. In that capacity, she hired and supervised outside lawyers, and was often disappointed with slow response time. She became committed to creating an efficient and responsive legal service team.
Our attorneys are experienced in the health care industry, and have represented physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers in matters ranging from medical malpractice defense to navigating the complex regulatory issues confronting modern healthcare providers in various settings.
